DOTT. GIOVANNI MORIERI
Giovanni Morieri graduated in BSc in Environmental Science at University of Naples “Parthenope”, where he has been working from 2001. In 2009 he became Lab Manager of Chemist laboratory in Science and Technology Faculty, first, and then in the Engineering Department.
During his career, he has developed technical and practical skills in optical microscopy and water analysis and characterization of innovative material, geopolimers, rocks and minerals. Now he conducts didactic and trainer activity at the degree courses in Civil and Industrial Engineering.
He focused his lab activity on contamination of groundwater of Vesuvian Area by heavy metal and on innovative recovery techniques as permeable reactive barrier containing zerovalent iron. Furthermore, he collaborates together MASERG in order to develop a technique to use Idrogel in Leachate management.

Work grant at this university by year 2001In quality lab technician from 2009 to the Service Center of the University in the disciplines Chemical, Physical, Biological and Medical. He played with the continuity of its scientific collaboration with Prof. Giulia No Scherillo in pristine groundwater with heavy metals, the Vesuvius area in Naples.
The dott.re Morieri has expertise theoretical and practical optical microscopy and preparation of thin sections of materials: Geopolymers, rocks and minerals. As part of the learning plays the role of coordinator as lab technician at the degree courses in civil engineering and environmental engineering department at the University of Naples Parthenope.
